Terms of Use
English translation · third version (update 3.1) · updated 30.9.2026
English translation for convenience. This page is an unofficial English rendering provided so that non-Hebrew readers can understand our practices. The Hebrew version is the binding one; in any discrepancy, the Hebrew text governs. Read the binding Hebrew original here: הגרסה המחייבת בעברית.
1. General
These terms govern the use of the CREANORY platform — a website, system and AI-based tools for managing creative work, producing and reviewing marketing content, and a marketplace connecting those who commission content with content creators (the “Platform”) — operated by קרינורי לאבס בע"מ (CREANORY LABS LTD), ח.פ. 517398442, מרחוב הארבעה 28, תל אביב (the “Company”). Browsing the Platform, registering for it or using its services constitutes acceptance of these terms. The Platform may not be used without accepting them.
The Platform’s privacy policy applies alongside these terms and forms an integral part of them. In the event of a conflict on a privacy matter, the privacy policy prevails. The cancellation and refunds policy set out on its dedicated page is likewise an integral part of these terms.
2. Launch period
The service is in a launch period. All prices, packages, quotas, fees and the features included in each plan — including the various AI services — are temporary launch prices, and the Company may update, add to, cancel or change their composition at any time and to any extent, at its sole discretion. Availability of the service free of charge during the launch period is not an undertaking that it will remain so.
The launch period does not derogate from rights granted to a consumer by law, including the right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and from section 9 below.
2.1 Launch offer and free trial
Scope and discretion. The launch benefits — including the limited number of registration places and the length of the free trial period — are granted for a limited time and in a limited quantity, at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company may change the number of places, change the length of the benefit, close registration or end the offer at any time and without prior notice.
Nature of the offer. The offer is operated for a limited period. Its terms — including the number of free trial days — may change during the period, including by reducing the number of days offered. The publication of the benefit at a given moment is not an undertaking that the same benefit, in the same scope, will be available to further registrants later in the period.
Prospective effect only. The length of the benefit is fixed and preserved at the moment registration is completed, and applies to that user until it ends. Any such change applies only to registrations made from the date of the change onwards, and will not shorten a trial period that has already begun. A user who completed registration while the benefit stood at a given number of days keeps that number of days, counted from the moment that user completed registration, and it is not reduced retroactively even if the benefit is reduced or ended for new registrants.
No undertaking to continue. As at the date of this version a free trial of 14 days is offered; its existence is not an undertaking as to the continuation of the offer, its price, the availability of the service or the renewal of the benefit thereafter. No automatic charge is made at the end of the trial period, and continued use of paid services requires choosing a plan and a separate payment authorisation by the user.
3. Changes to prices and to the service
Any change to prices, quotas, package composition or terms will apply prospectively only. Such a change will not retroactively derogate from what has already been purchased and paid for: a balance or right purchased before the change will be honoured on the terms in force at the time of purchase, or fair alternative value will be offered for it.
The Company may update, change, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Platform, including screen structure, tools and content, without prior notice, subject to the above regarding what has already been purchased.
3.1 Plans and prices as at this version
As at the date of this version, three monthly subscription plans are offered to marketing managers, subject to sections 2 and 3 above: Basic — ₪99 a month; Premium — ₪249 a month; Advanced — ₪499 a month; excluding VAT.
VAT. All prices shown on the Platform and in these terms exclude VAT; VAT as required by law is added to every charge.
The composition of each plan — the AI members it includes, the Creative Check allowances and the usage ceilings of the AI services — is shown on the pricing page on the Platform and on the plan-selection screen, and forms part of the terms the user accepts when choosing a plan. The free trial requires neither choosing a plan nor a payment method.
The flexible plan — an AI member or a feature of your choice. As an alternative to the subscription plans, a single AI member or a specific feature may be chosen on its own, without a package. The flexible plan carries a monthly membership fee of ₪19.90 a month, excluding VAT, plus the payment for the AI member or feature chosen — for example Hila, the AI graphic designer, at ₪49 a month, excluding VAT — and/or services purchased as needed through the wallet, according to the price list shown on the Platform from time to time. The price of each AI member and each feature is shown on the pricing page and the selection screen. The flexible plan does not include the shared brand memory, which is given in the subscription plans only. The membership fee and the payment for an AI member or feature renew monthly until cancelled, subject to section 9 and the cancellation and refunds policy.
The monthly prices of the AI members on the flexible plan as at this version (per month, excluding VAT):
- Hila — design and branding — ₪49.
- Adi — team lead and briefs — ₪9.90.
- Don — copy — ₪9.90.
- Roy — media consultation — ₪4.90.
- Shira — client services — ₪4.90.
- Tal — marketing videos — ₪49.
- Mika — content — ₪19.90.
- Noga — meetings and calendar — ₪49.
- Maya — social, including her automations — ₪29.90.
- Elad — analytics — ₪9.90.
- Lior — media and PPC management — ₪299.
- Alon — mailing and automations, including the mailing system — ₪39 a month for the first 3 months, then ₪99 a month (the mailing system's price).
Maya’s automations. Publishing posts through Maya is included in the Basic plan. Maya’s automations — a private reply to whoever commented on a post of the business, the inbox that answers incoming messages, and a message the business starts to someone who wrote to it — are offered on the Basic plan as an add-on of ₪29.90 a month, excluding VAT; on the Premium and Advanced plans they are included at no extra charge; during the free trial they are open to everyone. On the flexible plan Maya is offered together with her automations at one price, as listed above.
Additional sales-team users. Every additional user the account holder invites to the business’s sales team (a sales manager, a sales rep or view-only) is charged ₪10.00 a month, excluding VAT, on every plan and on the flexible plan. The count is taken on the monthly renewal date; an unanswered invitation is not counted, and the account holder is never counted. Removing a user stops the charge from the next renewal. A team employee — an additional user the account holder opens full access to, including the AI people — is charged ₪40.00 a month, excluding VAT, under the same counting rules. Dialer minutes are billed separately by the minute. On a store billed through Shopify, additional users are settled separately.
Landing pages. On the Basic plan one new landing page to create is loaded onto the account with every monthly payment of the plan, at no extra charge; an unused page is kept for the following months, up to 3 kept pages in all. On the Premium plan 5 new landing pages are loaded with every monthly payment and on the Advanced plan 10, kept with no limit. The flexible plan includes no landing pages. On every plan and on the flexible plan further pages may be bought as a one-time purchase: one page for ₪19.90 or 5 pages for ₪59.90, excluding VAT; bought pages are kept until used. On the Premium and Advanced plans further pages may also be paid from the wallet balance; on the Basic plan and the flexible plan the wallet balance serves only to open an auction, and pages are paid by card. During the free trial one landing page may be built and published. A draft counts as a page. Pages already created remain and are not taken down because of a change of plan or a used-up allowance; without an active subscription no new page can be created or published, and the existing pages are kept on the account.
3.2 The mailing and automations system, and email packages
The mailing and automations system (Alon) is included in the Premium and Advanced plans. On the Basic plan it is switched on at the user's request to the Company; once switched on, the first 3 months carry no extra charge, and thereafter it costs ₪99 a month in addition to the plan's price, excluding VAT. A Basic plan on which the system was not switched on keeps its price, without the mailing system. On the flexible plan it is included in the payment for Alon — and, unlike the other AI members, it may be opened on the flexible plan without the monthly membership fee, on request to the Company; in that case it is billed directly by the Company. It is also offered as a separate subscription, without a plan: ₪39 a month for the first 3 months, and ₪99 a month thereafter, excluding VAT. For a store that signed up through Shopify's route rather than through Creanory, the mailing system costs ₪99 a month from the first month. In every month the subscription is active — the first 3 months and every ₪99 month after them — an allowance of 50,000 emails is included at no extra charge; beyond that, email packages are purchased.
Sending beyond the allowance is done by purchasing email packages in advance, at the following prices as at this version (excluding VAT):
- 100,000 emails — ₪99.
- 200,000 emails — ₪199.
- 500,000 emails — ₪399.
- 1,000,000 emails — ₪699.
Purchased emails that were not sent roll over to the following months, up to a total cap of 200,000 emails, and expire 6 months after their purchase. Sending is subject to sections 10 and 11 below, to the infrastructure provider’s limits and to the sender-reputation safeguards, including a graduated sending pace for a new sender. Cancellation of a mailing subscription and of email packages is governed by the cancellation and refunds policy.
Mail seeding for a new mailbox. The mailing system costs ₪39 a month for the first 3 months and ₪99 a month thereafter, as stated above. Where the mailbox is new and has no sending reputation — a mailbox opened a few months ago from which large volumes of email have not yet been sent — the Company adds, at the user’s request, a mail-seeding service (a gradual warm-up of the mailbox) so that the mailing does not land in spam and to build reputation for the mailing activity: sender identity, domain records, verification and gradual sending. The service carries no charge beyond the price of the mailing system. Should a price be set for it in the future, it will be announced on the Platform in advance and charged only after the user’s request and the Company’s approval, never automatically.
An account connected to a Shopify store. An account in which a Shopify store is connected to the Platform through the Company’s app on the Shopify App Store is billed through Shopify’s billing system (Shopify Billing), not through the Company’s own payment methods. The monthly plan is billed as a recurring charge, and wallet top-ups as one-time charges; the trial period is kept, and the first charge applies at its end. The charges appear on the Shopify invoice, which Shopify issues. Cancelling or changing a plan is done from the plans page on the Platform; removing the app from the store cancels the recurring charge. On such an account the creators’ system — briefs, auctions and invitations to creators — is not available.
The CRM. The leads-and-customers CRM is included in the Platform at no extra charge on every plan. The in-system dialer and call recording are paid add-ons whose price is shown to the user before activation. Recording a call is subject to applicable law and to the user’s responsibility to inform the participants.
4. Account, registration and minimum age
The Platform is intended for adults with legal capacity and is not intended for minors. Registration requires a date of birth, and is blocked for anyone born in 2007 or later. Providing an incorrect date of birth is a breach of these terms and gives the Company grounds to close the account.
Registration requires providing correct, accurate and up-to-date details. The user is responsible for keeping their account access details confidential and for every action performed through the account. The Company must be notified without delay of any suspected unauthorised use of an account.
During the launch period, registration to the Platform is subject to the Company’s approval. The Company may approve or decline a registration, and may condition access, at its discretion.
5. The services and AI outputs
The Platform produces, among other things, outputs generated by artificial-intelligence systems: texts, images, short video clips, review reports, scores, recommendations, transcripts, meeting summaries, brand research, posts and replies for social networks, media analyses and campaign-management recommendations. These outputs are provided as an aid only. They may contain inaccuracies, omissions or errors, and must not be treated as professional, legal, financial or other advice.
Video from a picture. The video-creation service produces a short clip from a picture the user uploads and a description the user writes. The clip is the output of an artificial-intelligence model that animates the uploaded picture: the picture serves as the first frame, and the model invents the rest of the motion. The clip may differ from what was expected and is not a record of a real event. A clip produced in the public demo carries the Platform’s watermark and is kept for a short time only.
Responsibility for checking an output before using it — including its correctness, its compliance with the law, third-party rights and the rules of each advertising platform — lies with the user. A score or report produced by the system is not an undertaking as to any business or marketing result.
6. User content and licence
Content the user uploads to the Platform — brand materials, videos, images, logos, fonts, briefs and texts — remains theirs. The user declares that they hold all the rights and permissions required to upload and use it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or any provision of law.
A picture uploaded to create a video. Whoever uploads a picture to the video-creation service — including in the public demo, without an account — declares that they own the rights in the picture or are authorised to use it, that the picture does not infringe the copyright, privacy or any other right of a third party, and that any person appearing in it has consented. Responsibility for the picture and for the clip created from it lies entirely with the uploader. For every upload the Platform records a technical signature of the uploader (a fingerprint of the picture file, a hashed network address, the browser type and the time of upload) in order to resolve third-party claims and prevent misuse. The Company may remove a clip or picture following a complaint, and may block access for a breach.
The user grants the Company a limited, non-exclusive licence, for the duration of their use of the Platform, to store, process, display and transfer the content to the Platform’s sub-processors — solely in order to operate the services requested, as detailed in the privacy policy. The Company does not train generalized models on customer content and does not use it promotionally without explicit consent.
Connecting external accounts. Where a user chooses to connect an external account to the Platform — an online store, an advertising account, a calendar or a similar service — they declare that they are authorised to connect that account and to permit the requested access. Access is made within the scope of the permissions shown at the time of connection: a store or calendar connection — to read; an advertising-account connection — to read metrics and, on the user’s instruction, to upload custom audiences; a Facebook Page and Instagram account connection — to publish posts, reply to comments and send private messages, solely under the rules the user defined and approved. Access credentials are stored encrypted, and any connection can be disconnected at any time from the account settings. An action performed in a connected account on the user’s behalf — a post, a reply, a message or an audience upload — is made in the user’s name and on their responsibility, and is also subject to the terms of that external service.
7. The digital wallet — nature, top-up and use
The wallet is a closed payment instrument for use inside the Platform only. The balance is denominated in new shekels and reflects a right to consume services and content on the Platform. It is not a deposit, a bank account, electronic money, a financial asset, or an undertaking by the Company to pay money.
No withdrawal and no conversion to cash. The balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred outside the Platform, converted to cash, sold, pledged, or transferred to another user other than within a marketplace transaction as set out in section 8. The Company does not provide deposit, credit, payment or currency-exchange services.
Permitted uses of the balance are two: (a) purchasing services, tools, reports, quotas and add-ons on the Platform, per the price list shown on it from time to time; (b) paying a content creator within a marketplace transaction, subject to section 8.
Topping up the wallet is done by credit card or another payment method shown on the Platform, through an external licensed payment processor. Processing takes place at the payment processor; the Company does not collect or store credit-card details. Prices shown on the Platform exclude VAT, and VAT as required by law is added to every charge, as set out in section 3.1.
Validity of the balance. A balance topped up by actual payment does not expire. By contrast, credit granted as a benefit, gift, grant or through the referral programme is a time-limited credit: it is valid for 120 days from the date it was granted, a reminder is sent 30 days in advance, and credit relied upon by an open auction does not expire while that auction is live. Benefit credit is not refundable in cash in any case.
Separation between the two. The Platform shows at all times the composition of the balance — how much was topped up by payment and how much is benefit credit — and every wallet transaction is recorded in full detail available for review.
Account closure. A paid-in balance unused at the time of account closure is subject to the cancellation and refunds policy; unused benefit credit expires on account closure.
8. The creator marketplace, transactions and fees
The Platform allows work orders (“auctions”) to be published and content creators to apply. The engagement is between the commissioning party and the creating party only — an order for creative and content services. The Company provides the technological infrastructure connecting the parties, is not a party to the engagement, does not employ the creators, and is not responsible for the quality of the service, adherence to schedules or rights in the outputs, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Minimum auction amount. As at this version, an auction for one video opens from ₪300, and the most one auction may ask for is 5 videos: one video from ₪300; 2 videos from ₪600; 3 videos from ₪900; 4 videos from ₪1,000; 5 videos from ₪1,499. The minimum for the chosen number is shown on the approval step, and approving an auction below it is blocked.
Payment for a transaction is made from the commissioning party’s wallet balance and credited to the creating party’s wallet balance, after documented mutual approval by both parties. The transaction amount is set and locked at the time of the offer and cannot be changed unilaterally. The parties receive a signed and verifiable transfer confirmation that can be saved and verified at any time.
Marketplace transactions are subject to a tiered platform fee derived from the transaction value. The fee rate applying to a transaction is determined and fixed at the time the application for that transaction is created, and will not be changed retroactively for that transaction. As at this version the fee is 5% on a transaction below ₪5,000 and 10% on a transaction of ₪5,000 or more. Current fee rates are shown on the Platform.
Tax obligations. Each party is solely responsible for reporting and paying the taxes applicable to it on its income from the Platform, including income tax, national insurance and VAT, and for issuing the documents required by law. Nothing in these terms creates an employer-employee relationship, a partnership or an agency between the Company and any user.
The referral programme. As at this version: an existing user who invites a friend receives benefit credit of ₪25 to their wallet once the invitee registers through the invitation link and verifies their email address; the person who registers through an invitation receives one month of the Premium plan free of charge. The inviter also receives a share of the platform fee on auctions the invitee publishes within the first 30 days of registration — 5% on a transaction below ₪5,000 and 10% from ₪5,000 upwards, by the transaction value at the time the auction is published. Referral credit expires after 120 days, with a reminder 30 days in advance, and credit relied upon by an open auction does not expire while that auction is live. Other benefit and credit programmes, where operated, are subject to the terms published for them on the Platform from time to time.
9. Cancellation, refunds and credits
This section is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5770–2010, and does not derogate from any right granted by law. The full policy is set out on the cancellation and refunds page.
In summary: in a distance-selling transaction with a consumer, the transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the date it was made or of receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later. Cancellation of a wallet top-up that has not been used at all will be refunded in full less lawful cancellation fees; where the balance has been partly used, the unused part will be refunded. A service supplied in full whose output has been delivered — including a review report that was produced, an image that was generated and brand research that was completed — cannot by its nature be returned, and a credit will be given for it only in the event of a service failure.
Liability for technical failure. If an output failed due to a fault in the Platform or at an external provider and no valid output was delivered, the amount paid for it will be credited to the wallet automatically. Such a credit does not derogate from the statutory right of cancellation.
A cancellation or refund request should be sent to admin@creanory.com and will be handled within the periods prescribed by law.
10. Mailing, advertising and consent to receive messages
This section is drafted in accordance with section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law, 5742–1982 (the “Spam Law”).
Operational messages. The Company will send the user the messages required to operate the service — registration verification, password reset, consent confirmations, status updates for jobs, auctions, payments and system alerts. These are not advertising, they are an integral part of the service, and they cannot be unsubscribed from while the account is active.
Marketing mail. Advertising material — including notices of promotions, new features, marketing content, surveys and event invitations — will be sent only after the recipient’s explicit, documented consent, given in writing or electronically, and provided that the message is marked as advertising, identifies the Company and how to contact it, and includes a simple, clear and free way to unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing. A refusal to receive advertising material may be given at any time, through the unsubscribe link in every message, through the account settings, or by a message to admin@creanory.com. A refusal notice will be honoured free of charge, unconditionally and without delay. Unsubscribing from marketing mail does not stop operational messages.
Mailing by the user to the business’s recipients. The Platform includes mailing tools through which the user sends messages to their own business’s recipients. In such mailing the user — not the Company — is the advertiser, and full responsibility for complying with section 30A in respect of those recipients, including the existence of lawful consent, lies with the user. When uploading a recipient list, a declaration as to the list’s source is required; a list originating from an external party is accompanied by a warning that must be acknowledged, and the declaration, the warning and its acknowledgement are retained as records. On every send the Platform enforces advertising marking, advertiser details, an active unsubscribe link and filtering against the suppression list; a recipient’s removal request is enforced permanently and cannot be reversed by the user. The Company may refuse a send, or suspend or limit the mailing service, including because of spam reports, abnormal failure rates or breach of this section.
Social-network messages on behalf of the business. Through Maya’s automations, the Platform replies in the business’s name to comments on its posts and sends private messages on Messenger and Instagram — to whoever commented on a post of the business, wrote to the business, or opened a conversation through the business’s personal link — under rules the user defined and approved. The messages are sent in the business’s name and on its responsibility, at a controlled pace and subject to Meta’s rules for business messaging. The user is responsible for the content of the messages and their compliance with the law, and the Company may pause an automation that causes reports or a breach of the external platform’s rules.
SMS. If an SMS service is activated, this section will apply to it, including the requirement for the recipient’s explicit consent and a simple, free way to unsubscribe.
Data collection and use. The user consents to the Company collecting, storing, processing and analysing usage data, preferences, brand data, performance data and outputs created on the Platform, as well as details they provided — in order to operate, secure, measure and improve the service, develop new services and tailor content and experience. Processing of personal information will be carried out in accordance with the privacy policy, the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, and the regulations under it. This consent does not, in itself, constitute consent to receive advertising material, for which separate consent is required as stated above.
Aggregate and anonymised data. The Company may produce and use statistical, aggregate and anonymised data that does not permit a person to be identified, including for development, marketing and promotion of the service, without time limit.
11. Processing of the user’s own customers’ data — the Company as processor
This section applies to personal data belonging to the user’s customers — not to the user’s own data — that reaches the platform from a connected online store (Shopify, WooCommerce), from an uploaded recipient list, from lead forms (lead forms in advertising, forms on the business’s landing pages), from a mirror of the business’s CRM, from comments and messages on the business’s social networks, or from another system the user connected.
Roles. For this data the user is the controller and owner of the database, and the Company acts as a processor on her behalf and on her instructions only. The Company will not use this data for its own purposes, will not sell or rent it, will not use it to train models, and will not disclose it to any other user.
Defined and closed purposes. Processing is carried out solely to provide the services the user asked for — presenting sales and product data, managing recipient lists and sending mail on the user’s behalf, managing leads and enquiries on the leads screen and passing them to the business’s CRM at the user’s choice, replying to comments and messages on social networks under the rules set, and managing consent and unsubscribes. Any other purpose requires the user’s explicit instruction.
Data minimisation. The Company collects the minimum required. From order data, name, email address, telephone, physical address and notes are dropped in translation, and only transaction information is retained. For recipient lists, only an email address and first name are retained — and only for a customer who gave marketing consent in the system the data came from. A telephone number is additionally retained only where it was uploaded or provided expressly — for SMS or for calling a lead back; no home address or browsing history is retained.
Leads. Enquiry details that reached the business — name, telephone, email address and the content of the enquiry — are kept on the business’s leads screen so the business can handle the enquiry, and are passed at the user’s choice to the business’s CRM. The Company does not use them for its own outreach.
Security. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit; credentials for connected systems are stored encrypted; staff access is limited to holders of a dedicated permission and is logged; and full separation is maintained between the data of different users.
Sub-processors. The Company relies on infrastructure and service providers — storage and database, application hosting, email delivery, payment processing and AI services — operating under confidentiality and security obligations. The providers and processing locations are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion. Customer data is retained only for as long as the purposes above require. On disconnection of the source system, closure of the account or termination of the engagement, the data is deleted within a reasonable period, except data the Company is legally required to keep and except unsubscribe records, which are kept permanently so that an unsubscribe request is honoured in future too.
Data subject rights. Where the Company is approached with a request to access, correct or delete data on behalf of a user’s customer, it will pass the request to the user and assist her in responding. Deletion requests arriving from the store platform itself are handled automatically.
Security incidents. Should the Company become aware of a security incident affecting a user’s customer data, it will notify her without unreasonable delay, provide the details known to it, and assist her in meeting the reporting obligations that apply to her.
The user’s responsibility. The user represents that the data she connects or uploads was collected lawfully, that she holds the necessary consents, and that she is entitled to submit it for processing. This section does not derogate from section 10 regarding mailing.
12. Meeting recording
Meeting-recording, transcription and summary services operate only after documented consent has been given, and through a visible recording bot. The user who starts a recording is responsible for informing all participants and obtaining any consent required by law, as detailed in the privacy policy.
13. Prohibited uses
- Using the Platform contrary to law, including infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy or defamation law;
- Uploading offensive, misleading, discriminatory or harmful content, or content the uploader has no right to use;
- Attempting to circumvent technical limits, quotas or permissions, or to harm the Platform’s security;
- Automated use beyond reasonable use of the service, including data mining or flooding the system;
- Impersonation, opening duplicate accounts in order to exploit benefits, or providing false details including a false date of birth;
- Using the wallet or the marketplace for a purpose other than consuming the Platform’s services, including attempting to convert a balance to cash, transferring value between accounts outside a genuine transaction, or any use that raises a suspicion of money laundering or terrorism financing;
- Using the Platform to develop a competing service or to copy its components.
14. The Company’s intellectual property
All rights in the Platform itself — including the code, design, structure, names, marks, characters and interfaces — are reserved to the Company or to its licensors. Platform components may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without express written permission.
15. Availability and liability
The Platform is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, particularly during the launch period. The Company does not undertake continuous availability, absence of faults or any particular result, and may carry out maintenance and upgrade work.
Subject to any law that cannot be contracted out of, the Company’s liability for any damage in connection with the Platform is limited to direct and proven damage, and in any event will not exceed the amounts paid to the Company in the six months preceding the event. The Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data or harm to reputation.
16. Indemnity
The user will indemnify the Company for any demand, claim or damage, including reasonable expenses, arising from their breach of these terms, from content they uploaded, or from their use of the Platform contrary to law.
17. Suspension and termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to an account, in whole or in part, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected misuse, a legal requirement, or risk to the Platform or to other users. Account closure may be requested at any time; closure and deletion of information are governed by the privacy policy, and an unused wallet balance is governed by section 7 and by the cancellation and refunds policy.
18. Miscellaneous
These terms are governed by Israeli law only, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district. If any term is held invalid, the remaining terms will remain in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. The Company may assign its rights under these terms in the context of a restructuring, subject to preserving users’ rights.
The Company may update these terms from time to time; the current version will be published on this page with its update date, and a material change will be accompanied by appropriate notice.
19. Contact
